Embark on a culinary adventure with this delectable recipe that promises a symphony of flavors! In this tantalizing stir-fry, the marriage of garlic and ginger elevates the taste, while the careful cooking of meat and vegetables ensures a delightful medley of textures. Let’s dive into creating this unforgettable dish – Egg Noodles with Meat and Vegetables!

Ingredients

  • 200 g of egg noodles
  • 400 g pork neck chop
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cm ginger root
  • Spices for pork
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Water
  • Oil for frying

Preparation Time: 40 min

Begin by slicing the pork into strips, generously coating them with pork spices, and allowing them to marinate.

Peel the carrots, cut them into strips, and sauté until golden brown.

Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, slice it into strips, and combine it with the carrots. Bake until the vegetables soften, ensuring they maintain a firm texture.

While the veggies are baking, break the broccoli into florets and pour boiling water over it, letting it sit until everything else is cooked.

Once the vegetables are ready, transfer them from the pan and replace them with the marinated meat. Begin by browning the meat on high heat, then simmer slowly.

As the meat cooks, peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Add them to the meat when it’s ready.

Stew the garlic and ginger until their aromatic essence fills the kitchen. At this point, generously drizzle soy sauce over the mix. Stir, then add a touch more sauce and blend in honey. Adjust honey to taste (more for a sweeter flavor, less for a saltier one).

Once the honey melts, reintroduce the pre-cooked vegetables and broccoli. Stir everything together, allowing them to heat for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring the vegetables absorb the soy and honey. Adjust soy and honey if needed.

Simultaneously, follow the noodle cooking instructions on the package.

When the noodles are perfectly cooked, combine them with the contents of the pan, ensuring a thorough mix.
