  • High-quality sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon (for serving)

Step 1: Selecting the Finest Salmon

Begin your journey by choosing the freshest salmon fillets available. Opt for wild-caught salmon for a richer flavor profile and increased nutritional benefits. Ensure the fillets are firm to the touch and have a vibrant color, indicating their freshness.

Step 2: The Art of Seasoning
