Ingredients:

Cottage cheese (preferably as fatty and dry as possible) – 450g

Eggs – 2 pcs

Semolina – 50g

Starch (potato or corn) – 30g

Sugar – 50g

Salt – a pinch

Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add eggs, semolina, starch and sugar, add a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Make scones and bake them. Cooking time: 10 min at 150 degrees, 10 min at 165 degrees (degrees and duration may depend on each AirFryer model).
